Workout in our Hardcore Area that is geared for strength training and power lifting. Complete with leg press, squat rack, power racking and dead lift platform.

Leg Press: The leg press is a popular piece of gym equipment that can help build key muscles in your legs. The leg press machine allows you to get the benefits of a barbell squat for developing the quadriceps. Secondarily, it develops the gluteus maximus, hamstrings, and calves.

Deadlift Platform: Build lower back and overall strength by deadlift on our platform.

Squats: Squats build lower body muscle strength, endurance, and power. Additionally, they engage the core and improve strength and stability in the trunk and upper body. The most elite and pro athletes use the squat as the basis of a well-rounded weight training program.

Bench Press: Workout on our Hammer Strength Freecor Life Fitness equipment.

Train on the equipment that is used by professional athletes.

CIRCUIT TRAINING

Our circuit training area is put together with a wide variety of equipment ranging from hammer strength, plate loading equipment to Precor and Life Fitness select style machines.

CARDIO ROOM

HEALTHY | EXERCISE | FIT

Get your cardiovascular system moving with our treadmills, elliptical, recumbent bikes and step mills. During your workout enjoy your favorite TV show on one of our mounted televisions.

BOXING RING

AGILE | DISCIPLINE | SPEED

Step into the ring and get ready to rumble as our boxing classes offer one on one sparring and techniques. American Health and Fitness is equipped with a full size boxing ring for our members.

We offer youth boxing training in our ring.
